Style guides
Style guides were central to our success and productivity, serving not only campaign deliverables but also clarifying how assets are created and visually communicating their limitations, as shown in our Digital Ad Guide and Ceros Interactive Guide. Designed for more than just designers, these resources helped anyone starting a project understand what’s possible, what’s required, and the full scope of work—enabling marketers, content specialists, and project managers to deliver effectively under tight timelines. We also developed event deliverable guides across tiers, from Tier 1 projects to Tier 4 efforts that require no creative support, including standardized terminology and templates to ensure consistency, brand alignment, and accessibility even outside the Creative team. In addition, we created guidelines for student-submitted social media images to prevent missed opportunities due to platform requirements or visual quality issues.
